Joint mobility/Primal Move
4×10 One hand swings
4×10 Push ups
7×7 Double kettlebell deadlift
7×4 See saw press
3×6 Single arm rows
3×8 Stationary lunges per side
3×6 Double cleans
3×30 sec Elbow hands planks
