Joint mobility/Primal Move

2×30 sec swings
2×20 sec push ups

3×6 double dead lifts
3×6 double military press

3×8 good morning stretch
3×10 biceps curls
3×12 bench dips

3×30 sec sitting hot potato
3×20 sec Russian twist
