Joint mobility/Primal Move
5×20 sec jumping rope
5×10 sec rest
3×3 windmills L/R
5×5 goblet squats
5×3-5 double kettlebell cleans
4×4 double kettlebell push press
4×8 pullover sit ups
4×12 box jump
3×30 sec v-ups
Stretch
