Kettlebell Workout – Week 5, Day 1
Joint mobility/Primal Move
3×10 bodyweight lunges L/R
3×10 push ups
3×10 planks – bring knee to elbows
5x5x5 squats and curls
3x3x3 squats and curls
3×6 military press per side
3×8 stationary lunges per side
3×10 double high pulls
3×30 sec up chucks
