Kettlebell Workout – Week 6, Day 2
Joint mobility/Primal Move
3×10 bodyweight lunges per side
3×10 diamond kettlebell push ups
5×5 double kettlebell deadlifts
5×3 double military press L/R
6-9-12 burpees
6-9-12 jump lunges
6-9-12 jump squats
4×25 sec pullover crunches
