Day 29 of 100

1)Snatch: singles to max
2)Clean & Jerk: singles to max
3)Front Squat: singles to max

Just do your best and keep a record of where you are at with your lifts now. We’ll see how you progress before the 100 days are done.

Get as much rest as you need between sets. However, if you were preparing for a competition, you’d be trying to limit yourself to a maximum of 2 minutes between lifts, strictly enforced.
