5 sets of 3 – 1 set each at 60%, 70%, 80%, 82.5%, and 85% of 1 Rep Max

Deadlift
70-75% of your 1 Rep Max
5 sets of 4

Behind the Neck Press (Snatch Grip) – 4 sets of 5
Sandbag Clean and Squat – 30 reps
