10 Right Arm Kettlebell Snatch
15 Racked Front Squat

A2:

10 Left Arm Kettlebell Snatch
15 Racked Front Squat
(rest 30 seconds between sets)

C:

Tabata Wall Supported Handstand Holds

D:

Wall Splits Practice
(alternate between the right and the left leg, try to hold for 30 seconds minimum on each leg for 2 rounds)
