Bodyweight Workout: Cycle 6, Week 2, Day 1

These workouts are designed by Breaking Muscle founder Mindith Rahmat. Mindith is an RYT 500 Certified Yoga Therapist, certified CrossFit coach, and long time fitness enthusiast with extensive experience in Russian kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.


The sixth cycle of bodyweight workouts will focus on developing core stability and functional strength using the addition of suspension training (TRX), parallettes and a 20/24 inch box.



Week 2, Day 1



3 Rounds:

A1: Parallette Push Up x 10

A2: Jump Lunges x 20
A3: Box Dips x 15
Rest as Needed 


3 Rounds:

B1: Slow Mountain Climbers x 20 (touching opposite knee to elbow)

B2: Frog Jumps x 10
B3: Bodyweight Turkish Get Up x5 (on each side)

Rest as Needed



3 Rounds:
C1: Bodyblasters *(back roll in burpee pushup) X 5

C2: Around the World or Dragon Flags x 5
