Bodyweight Workout: Cycle 6, Week 2, Day 3

These workouts are designed by Breaking Muscle founder Mindith Rahmat. Mindith is an RYT 500 Certified Yoga Therapist, certified CrossFit coach, and long time fitness enthusiast with extensive experience in Russian kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.


The sixth cycle of bodyweight workouts will focus on developing core stability and functional strength using the addition of suspension training (TRX), parallettes and a 20/24 inch box.



Week 2, Day 3



3 Rounds:

A1: Diamond Push Ups x 10

A2: Wall Squat Hold x 60 Seconds
A3: Box Step Ups or Box Jumps x20

Rest as Needed 


3 Rounds:

B1: 1 Leg Deadlifts x 10 (on each side)

B2: Side Plank x 20 Seconds (on each Side)

Rest as Needed
3 Rounds:
The Bear x 10 (Downward Dog to Hindu Push Up to Squat to Downward Dog)

Prisoner Sit Up x 10
