Bodyweight Workout: Cycle 6, Week 3, Day 1

These workouts are designed by Breaking Muscle founder Mindith Rahmat. Mindith is an RYT 500 Certified Yoga Therapist, certified CrossFit coach, and long time fitness enthusiast with extensive experience in Russian kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.


The sixth cycle of bodyweight workouts will focus on developing core stability and functional strength using the addition of suspension training (TRX), parallettes and a 20/24 inch box.



Week 3, Day 1



5 Rounds:
1A: Broad Jumps x 5

2A: Spiderman x 15ft

3A: Walking Lunge x 15ft

4A: Inchworm x 5

5A: Lunge Right Leg x 5

6A: Lunge Left Leg x 5

Rest as Needed


5 Rounds:
B1: Knee Tap Burpees x 10
B2: Bear Crawl x 15 feet
B3: Pistols x 2+ *(on each side)
B4: Plank to Push Up x 10
B5: Frog Jump Deck Squats x 10
