Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

2x30 sec Bodyweight Lunges
2x30 sec Inchworm

 

2x25 Swings
2x7 Halos per side

 

3x3 Turkish Get Ups (R/L)
3x10 Jump Squats

 

3x20 sec Russian Twist
3x20 sec Pullover Crunches
