Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

3x30-20-10 sec Bodyweight Squats
3x20-15-10 Push Ups

 

4x8 Kickstand Lunges with 2 kettlebells
4x6 Seesaw Press with 2 kettlebells
4x6 Double Cleans

 

3x6 Goblet Squats
3x8 Burpees

 

3x20 sec Spiderman Planks
3x20 Russian Twist
