I've learned that confidence is key during holiday time. The most important thing during the holiday is to celebrate the way you want to, whether that means training or taking a break.
Despite ongoing home renovations and taking more rest days than usual, I still managed to get in some great training with lower volume this week.
I've started doing high-rep kettlebell swings in preparation for the Tactical Strength Challenge in April. This week was the first time I had tried it, and I was pleased with the results.
School has ended for the semester and I'm getting in as much training as possible. I’m sad that I have to go back to school eventually, but I’m going to enjoy this while it lasts.
I missed Monday’s work due to some offsite training for work. So no bench press for the week. I went straight into squats on Wednesday for a short workout.
This week was all about knowing my limits and when to take a break. I took a few rest days but was better off because of it, and I saw significant improvements on my training days.

Week two of phase two was a success. The chubby guy in the mirror is fading away, I’m starting to see abs again, and although my nutrition isn't quite perfect, I'm getting there.
Finals are right around the corner, but I've still managed to get in my training. The schedule at Scranton MMA finally changed, so I can teach and train every day.

Despite spending half the week cramped up in little aircrafts, I was able to get most of my training in. On Thursday I did some SSB work and am still feeling the burn almost a week later.
