This week was a good time to remember the old adage, “A peak, by definition, is surrounded by two valleys.” Nothing spectacular, but a solid week of training.
I’m making gradual progress week by week, although I’m not feeling especially strong lately. I’ve also been pondering the idea of including a bit of mobility work in my training.
There are so many aspects to my training approach that it will take some time to organize it so it makes sense. In my first entry I'll tell you a bit about my training schedule and nutrition.
