This challenge can be followed by anyone. It is deceptively simple, and it doesn’t take up a lot of your time.

So, this is week 2, but this is only circuit 3. Remember: we have a benchmark day every 3 day, Friday if you are following along on our schedule.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, at 6 pm PT, I have a Facebook Live challenge, you can join in and ask me anything you want, but I focus on my pull-ups and alternatives, if you cannot get to a pull-up bar.
