Day 3 of 3, Week 12

It's benchmark day again, and time to finish off this challenge on a high note so, give it all you've got if you have gotten this far.. Test yourself with the following routine over 6 minutes. Every Friday, or 3rd day of this challenge, we will have a new benchmark workout for you to try.


2 reps per movement
Add 2 reps to each movement, each round
