Kettlebell Workout – Day 2

5×10 Swings
5×10 Front Squats
5×10 Push Ups

2×5 Turkish Get Ups

3×10 Underneath Lunges

2×5 Double KTB Back Rows
2×5 Double KTB Bridge Press

3x30sec Hot Potato
4×5 Pullover Sit Ups

Stretch
