Welcome to the Kettlebell workout from coach Dini Leopoldo. Two new workouts are posted each week and can be done on any day you have available. Make sure you warm up adequately before starting any of these workouts!


Week 6, Day 1

Joint mobility/Primal Move



5 rounds:

  • 20 secs jumping rope
  • 10 secs rest
  • 20 sec push ups
  • 10 sec of rest


3x5 back lunges with rotation


3x3 rack squats, per side
3x3 swated military press, per side


5x5 pullover crunches
5x20 sec bicycles





Week 6, Day 2

Joint mobility/Primal Move


2x20 sec high planks
2x10 push ups
2x25 swings



5x10 snatches L/R



3x5 goblet squats
3x3 pull ups


3x15 side crunches, per side
3x15 knee tucks
3x15 hip hops
