Kettlebell Workout: Cycle 5, Week 6, Day 1

The fifth cycle of Kettlebell workouts will test your strength and endurance while also improving functional fitness.

Welcome to the Kettlebell workout from coach Dini Leopoldo. Two new workouts are posted each week – on Tuesday and Thursday – and can be done on any day you have available. Make sure you warm up adequately before starting any of these workouts!

Kettlebell Workout – Day 1

Joint mobility/Primal Move

2×20 Swings
2×10 Push Ups

4×5 Heartbeat Squats (Total of 4 squats and 5 ‘heartbeats’ every time you squat)

3×5 Sitting Military Press per side
3×5 Pullover Sit Ups
3x20sec Hip Bridges w/kettlebell on the belly
3×5 Stationary Lunges per side
3×10 High Pulls

3x20sec V-ups
3x20sec Bicycles
