Kettlebell Workout - Day 2

5x20 sec Jumping rope

5x10 sec Rest



5x5 Single leg dead lifts L/R
5x5 Snatches per side


3x5 Back lunges with rotation per side


3x10 Jump squats
3x15 Push ups
3x20 Russian twist
