Joint mobility/Primal Move


3x10 Bodyweight squats
3x10 Push ups
3x10 Swings


5x5 Double high pulls
5x3 Double high pulls
5x1 Double high pulls


3x5 Double dead lifts
3x5 Bridge press


5x5 Butterfly sit ups
