Joint mobility/Primal Move


3x10 bodyweight lunges L/R
3x10 push ups
3x10 planks - bring knee to elbows


5x5x5 squats and curls
3x3x3 squats and curls


3x6 military press per side
3x8 stationary lunges per side
3x10 double high pulls


3x30 sec up chucks
