Week 2, Day 4
Lockout Kettlebell Military Press: 1×6 each side (Lockout one bell and complete six reps with the other arm. Switch sides and repeat)
Kettlebell Bent Over Row Hold: 1×6 each side (Hold one bell in the full contracted position and complete six reps with the other arm)
Dragon Flag: 1×5
Double Kettlebell Front Squat: 1×8
Double Kettlebell Swing: 1×12
30 second breaks in between each exercise and one-minute breaks at the end of each round.
