These workouts are designed by Breaking Muscle founder Mindith Rahmat. Mindith is an RYT 500 Certified Yoga Therapist, certified CrossFit coach, and long time fitness enthusiast with extensive experience in Russian kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.


This cycle of the Women’s workout will focus on lower body strength and conditioning using bodyweight movements, barbell training, and kettlebell drills.



Week 12, Day 3


3x8 Box Squats *with barbell
3x10 Toes to Bar

2x8 Renegade Row
3x5 GHD sit ups

3x10 Weighted Bench Step Ups
4x20 Second Side Plank Hold

3x20 Squat Jumps
3x15 Kettelbell Swings
3x10 Toes to Bar


2 Minutes Each
