Pineapple Triple Protein Smoothie

Serves: 2

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh kale
  • 1 cup coconut water/almond milk/full fat organic milk
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 cup mango frozen
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 3 Tbsp almond butter
  • 3 tsp of coconut oil

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.

 

Allergy Sensitive Pineapple Triple Protein Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen
  • 1 cup mango frozen
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 3 Tbsp coconut manna
  • 3 tsp of coconut oil

 

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency
