Pineapple Triple Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh kale
- 1 cup coconut water/almond milk/full fat organic milk
- 1 cup pineapple frozen
- 1 cup mango frozen
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp cashew butter
- 3 Tbsp almond butter
- 3 tsp of coconut oil
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.
