Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh organic spinach, chard, or kale
  • 1 cup full-fat, grass fed whole milk
  • 2 cups frozen black cherries, pitted
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp of coconut oil
  • 4 Tbsp of almond butter
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder

 

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients into a blender and blend to desired consistency.
