Triple Protein Marionberry and Blackberry Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2




  • 6 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup frozen marionberries
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut manna
  • 2 cups mixed chopped greens - spinach and kale
  • 1 ½ cups coconut water
  • ¼ cup almonds for topping



  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend to desired consistency.
