Hardgainer Fuel: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Serves: 2

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup full fat greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup full fat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup frozen mangos
  • 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup

 

Instructions:

  • Mix all in blender.
  • Top with Heavy Cream Topping.

 

Heavy Cream Topping Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of heavy full fat whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
  • Dash of cinnamon

 

Instructions:

  1. Use a hand mixer to mix and whip.
