Green Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup full-fat yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 cups organic leafy greens (spinach, kale, and chard)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 whole avocado

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend to desired consistency.
