This cycle of the Women’s WOD will focus on working through progressions to build in executing the kettlebell snatch, as well as strength and conditioning.

4 Rounds

25 Russian Kettlebell Swings

15 Jump Squats

10 Kettlebell Pull Over Sit Ups

5 Push Ups

B.

3 Rounds

10 Single Leg Deadlift (right and left)

8 One Arm Row (right and left)

6 Halos (in each direction)

Rest 30 seconds between rounds.
