Frogman Workouts Start Today: Strength Training + Swimming

These workouts are designed by world record holding swimmer Hannah Caldas. A combination of strength, cardio, and swimming, you’ve got to try this out!

Today marks the beginning of our new Frogman Workouts from Coach Hannah Caldas. Ever wondered what it would be like if you swam instead of ran in your workouts? Tried carrying a kettlebell underwater? Tried integrating weightlifting with swimming? Well, now you can find out.

The Frogman Workouts are designed by Coach Hannah (pictured to the right), who has FINA masters world records in three different relays and USMS national records in breaststroke and freestyle. She missed qualifying for the 2012 Olympics by only 0.3 seconds. Now, we get to benefit from her expertise and increase our conditioning as well as our swimming skill.

New Frogman Workouts will be posted every Monday and Friday morning. These are great to integrate into your existing training.
