Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons steel cut oats
- 3 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 2 teaspoons flax
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- Dash of cinnamon
- ½ apple, grated
- Splash of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ? cup kefir (or coconut milk, almond milk or yogurt thinned out with milk, or cream)
Instructions:
- Place all dry ingredients in a jar or bowl.
- Grate the apple and stir into dry ingredients.
- Mix together lemon juice, honey and kefir.
- Pour kefir mixture over dry ingredients and stir well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
Notes:
Feel free to use any combination of nuts or dried fruits and seeds that you like. You may wish to increase the liquid if you add additional dry ingredients.
