About Kristina Goldman

Kris has been an athlete her entire life and turned her passion of health and fitness into a career. After receiving her bachelors degree at University of San Diego, she moved to Austin, Texas to pursue and complete her Master’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin.

Kris is a fitness coach working with individuals and groups of all levels. Her primary approach with clients is to establish lifelong health and fitness goals and habits. She approaches goal-setting from a holistic point of view, focusing on three veins of progress: fitness, nutrition, and emotional/mental wellbeing. Kris firmly believes any person has the ability to be his or her best and healthiest self. It is just a matter of the effort each individual is willing to make.

In her free time, Kris enjoys playing soccer, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, and anything else in the sunshine. You can read more about Kris on her blog.
