About Michelle Baumann

Michelle holds L1 certifications from CrossFit and MovNat and coaches a Movement Performance class at CrossFit Evviva. Nothing brings her more joy than helping others build confidence by letting go of physical and mental limitations to embrace how movement can shape a deeper understanding of themselves.

Michelle first learned the value of having an inspirational coach in high school as a member of the Los Gatos Rowing Club. Her coach taught her that success comes through hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude both on and off the water. His lessons stuck with her through college where she competed on a national level for the University of Oregon club water polo team. Michelle has competed in cyclocross and endurance mountain bike events, including the Cascade Cream Puff 100-mile mountain bike race. In 2010, Michelle and her husband explored the Pacific Coast by bike, riding from their home in the Pacific Northwest to the Mexican border.

She lives in Eugene, Oregon, with her husband, twin girls, three chickens, two cats, and one dog, and her preferred mode of transportation is on her mixtie bike. She has a penchant for Belgian beer and is known to tickle the ivories on occasion.
