Eric C. Stevens
Eric Stevens is a nationally certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). As a master-level certified personal trainer for the past twelve years, Eric Stevens has established himself as a leading fitness professional, writer, and television personality.
Eric has a wealth of fitness experience, having trained in the private health club industry, the non-profit industry, as well as seeing clients at a private fitness studio for the past several years. Eric recently accepted a position as Head Trainer for a new fitness franchise opening in Denver, called Orange Theory Fitness. Eric also continues to train clients, at the renowned Pura Vida Club.
In addition to fitness, Eric has been a long time instructor for Western boxing and muay Thai in both Portland and Denver. Eric has trained in boxing and the martial arts with top coaches for years including professional coach and fighter John Heath. With his experience, Eric brings a unique fusion of fitness conditioning and martial arts concepts.
As a leader in the fitness industry, Eric was recently selected as the only trainer in the Pacific Northwest to appear on the inaugural season of the nationally televised series I Used to Be Fat, which aired last year on MTV.
